5. Intellectual property

Everything on this site and in the games published by Gamer Journey — text, artwork, illustrations, interfaces, music, sound effects, source code, trade marks and logos — is protected by French intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher, except for the third-party components listed below.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part and by any means, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Third-party components

The games are built with the Godot Engine, distributed under the MIT licence — © 2007-2026 Juan Linietsky, Ariel Manzur and the Godot Engine contributors. The full licence text is available in-game, on the credits screen.

Using the “Gamer Journey” name, the title “Residium: Space Invasion” or the associated artwork for journalistic or promotional purposes (press coverage, video content) is permitted without prior request, provided the publisher is credited.

6. External links

This site may link to third-party sites, notably Google Play, which hosts the game listing. The publisher has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or data practices. Visiting them is subject to their own terms.

Linking to gamer-journey.fr is free, provided the link does not open inside a frame and does not mislead as to the origin of the content.

7. Liability

The publisher works to keep the published information accurate and current, without being able to guarantee that it is exhaustive or error-free. Information is indicative and may change at any time.

The publisher is not liable for an interruption of the site, a temporary outage caused by maintenance or by a host incident, or damage resulting from a third party's fraudulent intrusion.

These limits apply neither to personal injury, nor to gross or wilful misconduct, nor to the statutory consumer guarantees set out in the terms of use.

8. Personal data

The site uses no cookies, no audience measurement and contains no forms. The games collect no personal data. The processing activities, their legal bases and how to exercise your rights are set out in the privacy policy.

9. Consumer mediation

Gamer Journey games are distributed and sold exclusively through Google Play. The sales contract is concluded with Google, which collects payment and issues the receipt: complaints about the purchase itself — refunds, billing, payment method — fall in the first instance under Google Play's refund process.

The publisher currently makes no direct sales to consumers and has therefore not appointed a consumer ombudsman within the meaning of article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. One will be appointed, and this page updated accordingly, before any direct sale is offered from this site.

For a complaint about the game itself — non-conformity, bug, content — write to contact@gamer-journey.fr. The statutory consumer guarantees recalled in the terms of use apply whichever store the game was bought from.

10. Governing law

This site and this notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction. A consumer may bring proceedings either where they are domiciled or where the publisher is established.
